Aug 1 (Reuters) - Australian dental firm Pacific Smiles (PSQ) said on Thursday it has determined that National Dental Care's sweetened bid of A$2.05 per share is superior to the offer by its rival bidder Genesis Capital, and has recommended to vote in favour of the scheme.
