    April 26 (Reuters) - PTB Group Ltd (PTB)

    • Announce appointment of Stephen Smith as managing director of PTB Group
    • Craig Baker to replace retiring Harvey Parker for the role of non-executive chairman
    • Exiting managing director Craig Baker will move to consulting role until 30th June, upon which time he will move to role of non-executive chairman
