    • SELLS WARRIEWOOD PROPERTIES TO PRIVATE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY TRUST FOR $9.5 MILLION IN CASH
    • RAISES NPBT (EXCLUDING FX) GUIDANCE FOR FY2021 FROM $11-13 MILLION TO $15-17 MILLION.
    • SEES FULL YEAR EBITDA $21- 23 MILLION
    • PROCEEDS FROM SALE EXPECTED TO BE USED TO PAY DOWN CBA DEBT AND SUPPORT GROWTH IN NORTH AMERICAN MARKET
