If any insto really want to down ramp a stock then they can do it within a day but I don't think they will be interested in playing ping pong like what has been happening with PTM... ! future is uncertain for fund managers (all of them) so price is currently reflecting it... IMO.
Day traders making money out of down ramp as well; as that is what they do, so i don't believe this is anything to do with UBS.. IMO.
