I'm just wondering why this share is trading so cheaply. Looking at the figures I expect a dividend of 24c ( 2 x 12 ) will be paid for the 2022
financial year giving a dividend yield of about 10 % plus 3% franking credit.
I notice in the 2021 Balance sheet that cash on hand was enough to cover a 24c dividend.
To me this is a screaming buy ! or am I missing something ?
Any enlitement if I'm incorrect would be appreciated
