I've owned this in the past, but my previous biases and mistakes have meant that I've bought at the top and sold hastily. What I was wanting to ask is if the people who clearly follow the company closely on this thread have an idea of the retail vs. institutional split of the FUM?
And secondly, I'll throw out a theory that retail investors who place money with fund managers, while smart, are potentially more concerned with overall capital growth of their funds, and somewhat more ambivalent about a few percentage points of underperformance relative to the benchmark IF the overall trend is still upward, and therefore more unlikely to pull PTM funds. Is that irrational. Yep. But I think it happens anyway.
