Are you unable to read or are you deliberately misrepresnting the situation?
As I said previously how is splitting the CIO and CEO role a surprise given the history? The only surprise was that Andrew fought against it for so long which was poor form on his part IMO.
Andrew has 5% of the shares I don't see him leaving anytime soon.
