Buybacks mostly help staff who have left and are still existing shareholders though! Platinum staff were never that well paid anyway, that's why I never worked there ;-)

Staff are really a fund management companies best asset. Whatever they do they need to keep them happy, or the last one left can switch the lights out.

There's not a single good initiative in the presentation to enhance growth. That's their main trouble. Investors have left because the funds management industry has changed, and they don't have a plethora of good ideas on how to get them back. Now the boss is leaving also, happy days.
