What is everyone's thoughts on the results?
I'd think surely this proves up a fundamental value of $4 based on fully franked dividends that would be 5% at $4, very sustainable at that level and will most likely rise in the next year IMO as some money starts to flow in to a manager with an excellent track record of outperformance in bear markets.
The proposition is actually quite compelling for long only funds of which there are many, if you were mandated to remain fully invested on the long side what would you choose in this market?
Not saying it's the only opportunity out there but there's not that many.
Still absolutely shocking that the BOD isn't actioning the buyback, anything under $3 is just legal robbery IMO, looking forward to a pretty sizeable chunk of cash going into my account when dividends are paid
