They won’t do a buy back because the shares are majority owned by a few.
those owners prefer cash in the bank, the shares were issued for free
the face value of the stock won’t go anywhere anytime soon
and assuming they do buy it back, it goes up. They can’t sell either, because there’s not enough buyers
its that simple really
