Surely the best option is to pay surplus cash as a special dividend if there's limited options to deploy it at an attractive return on investment. Looking through their balance sheet at the half they've got 142m cash and a further 50m in term deposits for a total of 192m in cash. Even if they want to keep 30m in cash for payables or provisions they would have ~160m of cash available. This equates to 0.27c per share.
