The MC of Skarb (CSE) has been increasing since announcement of acquisition. The calcs for 100 mill vended shares;
(100m SKRB shares) x C $1 / 0.95 (exchange)
= A $105M
divide SOI PTR (172M)
= ~ 60c per share (PTR).
Add value of shell/SA assets/cash at bank.
I expect PTR to play catch up here.
