I think there is still hesitation due to the dilution because of the number of shares that need to be issued in order to complete the takeover. Bear in mind that having 3 billion shares on issue does not mean the share price can't rise to a decent level once this gets into production or even during the exploration and development phases IMO. Lake resources currently has 1.5 billion shares on issue and a share price close to 77c. Granted they are further along in their development than we are but it shows where it could go to if held long term. Nothing in mining is ever quick to get into production but I still see the long term benefits outweighing the risk!
