    • PRIMEWEST BOARD HAS UNANIMOUSLY RECOMMENDED MERGER
    • PRIMEWEST BOARD CONFIRMED THEY INTEND TO ACCEPT INTO THE MERGER IN ABSENCE OF A SUPERIOR PROPOSAL
    • MERGED GROUP WOULD HAVE ASSETS UNDER MANAGEMENT OF $15.5 BLN
