    • AUM INCREASED TO $4.9 BILLION AS AT 31 DECEMBER 2020
    • PROVIDES FY21 DISTRIBUTION GUIDANCE OF 5.0 CENTS PER SECURITY
    • TARGETING TO SECURE $150 MILLION IN ASSETS IN NEXT 12 MONTHS FOR PRIMEWEST PROPERTY INCOME FUND
    • NEW SECURITIES WILL BE OFFERED AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF $1.27 PER SECURITY
