    • ACQUIRED 100% INTEREST IN GOFARM ASSET MANAGEMENT FOR $10 MILLION
    • ACQUIRED 11.8% STRATEGIC INTEREST IN VITALHARVEST FREEHOLD TRUST
    • ALSO ACQUIRED RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL OVER FURTHER 6.2% INTEREST IN VTH
    • AS A RESULT OF DEAL, CO INCREASED AUM BY 7% TO $4.4BN
