I'm not sure why you would expect the SP to go up today? After all, the BI Phase iia trial is "old" news. (unless I have missed something new in today's announcement). This has been available on the clinical trials website for quite some time: https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT03166735
What is more interesting/relevant is that the end date of the trial is 9 months away, even for a 12 week trial. These things take time............
