Described as a restructure I suspect they may have sold their Mannitol Respiratory business to Chiesi leaving themselves as a pure drug development company and releasing funds for that purpose.They have talked about this in the past ..but they needed to do something atm.
Lots of staff involved in that business too which would reduce their cost base ,
Whats it worth post Covid ?
Back in 2021 after they got USA approval it was forecast to contribute 10m$ pa earnings by 2026.
In the current market 20/25m$ ?
It was never in the current PXS price thats for sure .
Just musing ..we will see.
