If i read this carefully my take is that the retail offer is 26m, and 1 for 5 at 5.5 works out to about that. No quantity is mentioned for the institutional offer, or price, so i wonder if there will be some surprise factor here, ie more $ raised and at a premium to 5.5 if we are lucky and Rohan is on his game!( which he clearly is!) We will find out Monday.....
