Now I am not a Scientist so please correct me if I am saying stupid.
Firstly I cannot believe that Rohan and Co would have omitted anything that was requested in the original application so I am thinking the FDA are going into this further.
1. Do you think this may be the case because there have been so many applications under the Orphan designation? 2. Could the FDA be giving PYC a hard time because they are not an American applicant or the FDA want to favor an American applicant that has applied developing a competitive drug?
