I thought that with the current stage 1 doses being 3mgs, 10mgs and 30 mgs, the 10mgs dose (the one happening now) was considered the potential therapeutic dose. And if they get good results in the 30mgs and extend the trial to 60mgs the therapeutic dose could be increased. Am I wrong in thinking that?
