chart will get a dampener today due to bloodbath in overseas markets, amplified by options bets. This puts my 8 cents breakout 2 weeks back, as I see it, but it is inevitable and we would have hit it today if broader market would not have thrown this tantrum. Oct should see us over 10 cents, all IMO
