Based on the Annual Report released yesterday 23/09/2022 for the Year Ended 30th June 2022, there are 3 major positives in the top 22 major shareholders list. I have prepared a spreadsheet to show the movement of ranking and variations in their holding, it would certainly give PYC shareholders some warm and fuzzy feeling.

1. McCusker Holdings Pty Ltd has added 51.1M shares and jumped from ranking 6th to ranking 2nd in a year!
2. Mrs Elizabeth Anne Sietsma has increased her holding to 48M shares to jump to the 10th place, while the superfund "THE SIETMAS SUPER FUND A/C" is holding 167.5M shares in the 2nd position.
3. McCusker Foundation Ltd has added shares to its holding now ranking 14th with 41.75M shares.

Malcolm McCusker with McCusker Holdings Pty Ltd is holding 30M shares of CBA as at 22/02/2022. At today's $93.64/share, it is worth $2.8b. He would not make investment decisions lightly. He has bought and further increased his holding substantially in the last 12 months to a total of nearly 214M is a seal of approval for PYC to thrive.

According to LinkedIn, David Sietsma is Non-Executive Director with more than 30 years experience in banking, financial markets and investment management. Skilled in strategic planning, risk management and governance. His family is now holding in excess of 215.5M PYC shares ranking 3rd. The McCusker and Sietsma are truly prudent investors holding large chunks of PYC shares and kept accumulating. It is certainly a sign of confidence.

The recent weakness and continual share price suppression by some brokers would indicate some large players have not yet accumulated enough. Therefor it would be a good chance to get more if you have spare cash. DYOR !
