The dilution through CRs makes it well below 5% and the holding hasn't appeared in PYC's financial reports for the last few years. It was a non-exclusive deal between PYC and Phoremost. So if Phoremost's 'Siteseeker' platform is commercially successful other companies may be interested in PYC's peptide libraries to create similar platforms.
