    Aug 21 (Reuters) - Pan Asia Corporation Ltd (PZC) :

    • Announces undertaking pro rata non-renounceable rights issue of ordinary fully paid shares to eligible shareholders
    • Offer is made on basis of one new share for every one share held at issue price of $0.002 per new share to raise up to about $1.2 million
