    • Pzc progresses sale of interest in tcm project (PZC)
    • Says executed a definitive share sale and purchase agreement with universal for the 100% sale of iwmpl
    • Pan Asia upon completion of the successful listing will receive shares in universal to value of sgd $30M at IPO issue price
