I have been trying to call to change a domestic flight in a months time, completely unrelated to the virus.
They say I have to phone to change the flight.
Every day they 'warn' they are experiencing 'very high call volumes' and the call wait time is between an hour and +2 hours.
The thing is, it's been happening for almost a week. This is a deliberate strategy to provide poor customer service. It's profitable.
If enough people give up, the company wins.
