The boards needs to sack themselves. They are all complicit in years of letting Joyce whatever he wanted and thought he was untouchable. Goyder said he was the best CEO by a country mile or word to that effect.
Goyder himself must go at least. Hudson too must be compromised by this decision and the withholding of customers money.
