Agreed, it is likely that the QAN Board proceeded through the various Courts with some legal coverage from its in-house and external lawyers. However, the scope and strength of those advices may be contentious. Externally we may never know, but when the QAN Board decided to proceed, it was their decision and their responsibility. As to the QAN Board, arguably one of the worst in decades, look at QAN brand, reputation and financial viability.
