** Associated British Foods ABF.L , the owner of Primark and major sugar, foods and ingredients businesses, said it would buy dairy technology company National Milk Records NMRP.ASE for 48 million pounds ($59.7 million) to boost its agri-food unit.
** Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust Inc (BREIT) has agreed to sell a Texas-based resort to Ryman Hospitality Properties Inc RHP.N for $800 million, as the asset management giant looks to cash in on resurgent demand for leisure travel and retreat.
** Bed Bath & Beyond is in talks to sell its Buybuy Baby chain to retail investment firm Go Global Retail, the Wall Street Journal reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.
** Canaccord Genuity Group Inc's CF.TO board has rejected the C$1.13 billion ($840 million) take-private offer from a group led by the company's management, the Canadian firm said on Monday.
