Yes, as mere starting point, there should be an immediate removal of all QAN Board members, and a wholesale clean out of all those QAN management types complicit in this destructive legal action by QAN. The FWC should order an investigation into the entire QAN industrial relations setup. QAN should be deregistered as an employer, just as some unions have been for illegal conduct.
