While the QAN Chairman and Board were hard at work signing off on the destructive policies and actions by the former CEO, and his grotesque remuneration and bonuses, the plight of some former frontline QAN workers at the time are included in today's AFR (not available in the CL). Harsh treatment by the once revered QAN icon, a company that pretends to embody the Aussie attitude of a fair go for its people. "A fair go", seem to recall that cliche recently from our Federal Labor PM and the former QAN CEO, probably not, or could be, as Labor no longer represents their former traditional worker and aspirational base, more comfortable and at ease with the inner-city elites, and fellow members of the CL?
