I dont think its fair to say "incompetence " of Victorian Premier.
If you apply the same standards then the NSW Premier is of the same grade.
Just awaiting NSW to catch up to VIC in explosion of cases due to mixed messaging "Gladys" (and Morrison)
In any case QAN looks like sitting on the backburner for years to come.
The question is can we all wait so long when here are other opportunities like Gold?
