3. Correct, this point is totally BS and shows her incompetence in running a large business. Why?
Capex isn’t a good choice, considering her tenure just started few months ago, and we’re just coming out of a pandemic not long ago.
Secondly saying ‘focus more on customer satisfaction,’ is she new to the business, I don’t think this point she brought up would’ve generate any positive regarding sentiment. No one cares about 1-2 people throwing a fit.
Aussie investors aren’t so smart, a company buying back shares is technically the same as dividend. Unless you have millions of dollars invested in a stock, the dividend payout is crumbs. Hardly any US tech companies until recently introduce dividends, retail investors really need to learn.
