well just read through the report. something i like: 1. Qantas still very profitable, notably Jetstar and Loyalty. Loyalty ontrack to 1B EBIT in 5 years, i valued it a 10B business, more than the current Qantas market cap. 2. yes its very cheap, 9B in market cap, 14B in EV, EV/PBT is only 5x annualised. what i dont like: 1. Capex 3B-3.2B this year, 3.7B-3.9B next year and i dont see the peak. If you look into the figures, they made no money by putting all their earnings+more debt into new aircrafts, al least for the next two years, net debt will be more than 5B next year, thanks to the continued buyback. DYOR and MYOD, I will keep holding and add more if it keep going down below $5.
