Short is only 1%, which is pretty normal. I think retailers just got scared yesterday, and today institutes picking up cheap stock. Who wouldn't buy after hearing QAN having another 400M buy-back. At worst they'll break even, at best they'll make a 20-30% profit over a year or so.
