So for the third time, appeal after appeal, the top level of Australian justice confirms what its lower tiers said, Qantas illegally sacked Australians. Joyce gets to walk away with millions despite having blatantly broken Australian laws of course. Just one of many offences under his stewardship, selling tickets for cancelled flights almost as shameful.
It is a shame Qantas shareholders cannot recoup the financial penalties they will now face from the departing CEO's golden parachute.
