It is a reflection of the world we live in. Joyce has his bonuses cut by over 9 million because of abissmal performance and still walks away with over 12 million. He must be crying all the way to the bank. What in Gods name are these bonuses for these already overpaid execs. Most of us go to work and are expected to do the job to the best of our ability. These people already get overpaid to do their job without bonuses.
