Whilst it seems that airlines don't quarantine forward sales on their books, I would be amazed if Qantas aren't capable of managing their cashflow to take account of that.
I love pre payments, who wouldn't?
On the other hand, if you are suggesting they have sacrificed profit for cashflow, then I would be concerned.
In the case of Qantas, however, I am relaxed and comfortable.
