IMO, that is the absolute total opposite. For decades the Unions have used their muscle, heavily funded by employees to intimidate, influence and bully management to get whatever they want.

It's never good to hear people losing their jobs, but Unions have to change their ways/behaviours and work with management to ensure a sustainable future for both employee/employer. Based on the noises Purvinas were making, they might be starting to get it...

This theme is constantly drummed up on here but those Unionists types just never seem to get it.
