QBE a is just doing well because the regulators such as ASIC are having to deal with multiple corruption probes by the NACC alike the one into ASIC Deputy Commissioner Karen Chester. Regulators are for the moment hamstrung by their Commissioners being investigated for corruption.
The prosecutions of companies such as QBE will happen after the corruption investigations into the regulators is over.
