A source who was not authorised to speak publicly on the matter said a female staff member in QBE's North American operations had raised concerns about inappropriate workplace communications about 10 days ago, and these were passed on to the board.

Mr Regan was elevated to the CEO job in 2017 after former CEO John Neal resigned in the face of investor frustration after a challenging five years running the insurance giant. Mr Neal’s bonus was cut by $550,000 in 2017 for not disclosing a romantic relationship with his executive assistant.
Hope they dock his pay too. If what is reported is true, this is unacceptable behaviour.
