that's right............. QBE have to hold a big proportion of it's reserve's in easy liquidated low risk cash investments...
Interest rates paid on that sort of investment are currently very low and heading lower.
Many countries now charge you to hold cash(not the US yet)
Traditionally investment income has had a large effect on EPS in all insurance companies and you know with interest rates going lower it will continue to have a material negative effect on EPS.
