I don't see how is this good news. UK court did not decide yet if businesses can claim interruption loss.
It's evident that QBE profits are going to be impacted even if court decides that insurers are right.
Do you think clients will renew their insurance policies next year if they lost their argument in court with QBE?
My entry position in May was very good value, but I don't expect SP to go over 10 soon, or any dividends this year.
