Running a business, I have numerous MOUs, and it is just a formal way of saying, hey, let us see if we can work together, or bluntly, IF there is anything that we can work together. It is NOT a contract. It is just something for us to get board approval, inform stakeholders and management, that we might, provide certain details and there is the possibility we might have a new client/customer/supplier pending OUR needs.

FLUFF news. ZERO use at this point in time. MOUs is the classic waste of paper, as if there was ANY chance of a contract, it would be a contract which states the parameters and extent of the partnership, the contract value, the obligations etc.

This MOU is useless. QHL can go around signing MOUs with any and every company. The only thing which matters is if they do secure a contract, and, a sizable profitable contract that would only result in something in the share price.
