    Sept 29 (Reuters) - Quintis Ltd (QIN) :

    • Updated forbearance agreement with noteholders
    • Company is continuing discussions with a number of parties in relation to a recapitalisation
    • Advises that a majority of noteholders have agreed to extend deadline to 13 October 2017
