    • Appointed Deputy Chairman Julius Matthys to position of Interim Chief Executive Officer
    • Matthys replaces Managing Director Frank Wilson who resigned from company
    • "Julius will commence as Interim CEO with effect from Monday 3 April 2017 beginning with a review of Quintis' operations and outlook."
