    Aug 31 (Reuters) - Quintis Ltd (QIN)

    • Extension of voluntary suspension
    • "Expects that it may be in a position to provide a material update on status of these transactions by 1 October 2017"
    • Remains in discussions with more than one party in relation to potential debt and equity transactions
    • expects voluntary suspension will continue until earlier of commencement of normal trading on 1 October 2017
