    • Updates on company's 8.75% senior secured notes
    • As announced earlier co received waiver from majority of noteholders regarding publication of co's March 2017 qtrly financial statements
    • Majority of noteholders agreed to extend terms of waiver from previously extended date of 16 August 2017 to 23 August 2017
