• Asia Pacific Investments and Quintis have now agreed to move 10 July 2017 and 14 July 2017 exercise window to 24 July 2017 to 26 July 2017
• One of these investors is Frank Wilson, co's former MD, who is in payment default under his $11.1 million loans with arwon
• Advises unit resolved to commence enforcement action against two investors who are in default of repayment obligations
